HOW EUFY REPORTS A FAULT

eufy robots have gone through three ways of reporting a fault, and the right page depends on which generation you own. The RoboVac "Bounce" models (11S, 11S Max, 15C, 15C Max, 25C, 30C) have no screen: they beep one to five times with a red LED, and eufy documents what each count means, so this site models them as codes "1 beep" to "5 beeps". The app-era RoboVacs (G30, G40, L70, X8, LR and L35) speak numbered errors 1 to 22 plus module errors S1 to S5, for example "Error S1: Battery Error. Refer to Owner's Manual or App for help".

The newest eufy Clean models (X8 Pro, X9 Pro, X10 Pro Omni, Omni S1 Pro, E20) use plain-text voice alerts without stable numbers, so their faults are covered by the symptom pages rather than code pages.

The same battery fault therefore looks like five beeps on an 11S and Error S1 on a G30, and eufy's own battery guide lists both as replacement signs. Every eufy page here names the series it applies to, so check the chips under the title before you follow the steps.
