eufy Error 1 beep — Wheel stuck or robot stranded
DIRECT ANSWER
COMMON CAUSES · RANKED
Solid red — hair jamming a drive wheel MOST COMMON
The official table maps one beep with solid red to a stuck left or right wheel; hair around the axle is the usual culprit.
Flashing red — robot beached with a wheel in the air
The manual's flashing-red variant means the robot is stuck with a wheel hanging — thresholds and clutter are the classic spots.
Room too large to finish mapping RARE
The 11S manual also lists "an extremely large room" as a one-beep trigger — restart the clean closer to the area you want done.
HOW TO FIX IT
Read the LED first
Note whether the red light is solid (wheel jam) or flashing (robot stranded) — it picks your fix.
Solid red — clean both wheels
Turn off RoboVac, flip it over, and remove hair and debris from the left and right wheels until both spin freely.
Flashing red — restart somewhere new
Lift the robot off the obstacle and restart the clean from flat, open floor.
Escalate a repeating beep
If one beep returns with clean wheels on open floor, eufy support may have you check the wheel module — contact [email protected].
