Power off and remove the brush

Switch the robot off, flip it over, and pull the side brush straight off its post.

Strip the tangle

Remove wrapped hair from the brush base and the post, cutting tight wraps with scissors, and clean the connector area.

Refit until it clicks

Snap the brush back on — you should hear a click — then spin it with a finger to confirm it turns freely.

Test on a short clean

Run the robot for a minute and watch the brush; swap in a spare brush if it stalls again, and contact support if a new brush changes nothing.
