eufy RoboVac not charging

Power switch set to OFF MOST COMMON
RoboVacs have a physical power switch on the side or bottom — off means no charging, no lights, and a very convincing "dead" robot.
Dirty or oxidized charging pins
eufy's charging guide starts by dusting the pins on the base and under the robot — oxide and dust block the current.
Base unplugged or outlet dead
The base's white indicator must be lit with the robot away; wall switches, smart plugs and loose adapters cut it silently.
Robot misaligned on the base
Docked at an angle, the pins never meet — eufy's fix is to let the robot dock itself, or press down gently over the charging pins.
Battery worn out UNCOMMON
4-5 beeps with a red light while charging, or a robot past 300-500 cycles, points at the pack — T2908061 (Bounce/G) and T2937111 (X8) are the official replacements.
HOW TO FIX IT
Unplug the charging base before cleaning its pins, never bridge the two pins with a metal tool, and never fit a swollen, hot or leaking battery.
Check the power switch
Find the physical switch on the robot and make sure it is ON before anything else.
Verify base power
With the robot away, the base's white indicator should be lit. Dark means power — reseat the adapter at both ends and try another outlet.
Clean both sets of pins
Unplug the base and wipe the pins on the base and under the robot with a dry cloth until the metal is bright.
Re-dock and listen
Place the robot in front of the base and let it dock itself — a beep or voice line confirms contact; on Bounce models the light breathes orange while charging.
Replace the battery if runtime stays short
A robot that charges fully but quits in minutes needs the official battery for its series; switch the robot off before opening the battery door.
