HOW TO FIX IT
Power off the robot
Take the robot off the dock and hold the POWER button for 3 seconds.
Remove the side brush
Grip the rubber at the base of the bristles and lift the brush straight off its post.
Clean brush and gear
Pull all hair and debris off the brush, then clean around the side brush gear on the robot itself.
Refit and test
Press the brush back onto its post and spin it by hand — it should move freely 360° both ways. Power on and start a clean.
On IQ/EZ models, check wheels and brushroll too
Their manuals group wheel and brushroll jams under Error 2 — clear those before assuming the brush motor failed.
