HOW TO FIX IT
Power off the robot
Take it off the base and hold POWER for 3 seconds.
Open the brushroll compartment
Turn the robot over and remove the plastic brushroll cover by pressing the two tabs and pulling up.
Clean brushroll, end cap and compartment
Lift out the brushroll, remove whatever is wrapped around it, take off the end cap and clear hair from underneath, then clean both ends of the compartment.
Refit and verify rotation
Reinsert the brushroll and cover, and confirm the roller spins freely 360° both ways before restarting the clean.
