Dreame error codes

Dreame robots never show a numeric error code. Every fault arrives as a plain-text voice prompt and an app message: "LDS abnormal", "Robot cannot charge", "Docking failed", "Failed to connect to network". Dreame's help center is organised the same way, with one short troubleshooting article per prompt and per model, so this hub is built from symptoms rather than codes and each page quotes the official steps for that prompt.

Two habits of Dreame's support are worth knowing up front. Its first step for any LDS (laser) alert is a firmware update, before any cleaning. And its escalation path is specific: after-sales asks for the robot's SN code plus a short video or clear photos of the fault area.

Which app you pair with depends on the generation. F9, the D9 family, Z10 Pro, L10 Pro and W10 use Mi Home; the L10s Ultra and everything newer use Dreamehome; only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi works on any of them. Dock placement is codified too: against a wall, 1.5 m clear in front and 0.5 m on both sides, away from routers, TVs and mirrors. The battery is not user-replaceable on these robots, so a worn pack is a service case.
