No battery or electrical work involved in this fix.

Power off the robot

Take it off the base and hold POWER for 3 seconds.

Free both drive wheels

Turn the robot over, remove wrapped debris, inspect inside the housings with a flashlight, and rotate each wheel 360° in both directions.

Test the suspension

Press each wheel in and release it so it springs back into place.

Restart — persistent errors need service
