HOW TO FIX IT
SAFETY · READ THIS FIRST
Power off and remove the battery only for the battery-reseat step, and keep fingers off the metal contacts.
Press CLEAN and carry on
For a first occurrence, just restart the mission. Most robots never show error 15 twice.
Reboot if it repeats
Hold CLEAN until the light ring swirls white, then release. Boot-up can take a minute and a half.
Reseat the battery
Power off, remove the battery, wait ten seconds, and reinstall it. Test again.
Revert the Smart Map
In the app, open History, pick a Clean Map report from a good run, and choose Update Smart Map.
