Roborock Error 27 — VibraRise system jammed
DIRECT ANSWER
COMMON CAUSES · RANKED
Debris in the lift mechanism MOST COMMON
Hair and grit collect in the moving parts behind the mop plate and stop it lifting or dropping.
Mop bracket not clicked in
A bracket seated at an angle binds the module the moment it tries to move.
Worn VibraRise module RARE
If a clean, correctly fitted module still jams, the actuator inside is failing — a support case.
HOW TO FIX IT
Remove the mop cloth and bracket
Slide the mop bracket off the underside of the robot.
Clear the mechanism
Pull hair and debris out of the lift area and wipe the contact surfaces.
Reseat until it clicks
Refit the bracket flat and square — it should click in on both sides.
Run a short mopping test
Start a mop run and listen for the module's vibration. A repeat jam with a clean module means contacting support.
